Dr. Jason Robinson joined BrownDog Lodge Veterinary Clinic November 27, 2017. Dr. Robinson was born in Little Rock but grew up in Memphis, TN and received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University. In 2003, he received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee's College of Veterinary Medicine. He began working at Cloverleaf Animal Clinic as an associate veterinarian in March 2008. His interests include diagnostic ultrasonography, dermatology, neurology and dentistry.
Dr. Robinson really enjoys meeting new puppies and helping them get off to a great start by providing guidance regarding training and socialization in addition to medical services. In his free time he enjoys running, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, and spending time outdoors. Dr. Robinson is the proud owner of Vol, a 13 year old Golden Retriever. In the short time he has been with us he has met several of you and looks forward to providing excellent care to you and your pets.
Dr. Lisa Beck joined our team in December 2020 after having done relief work here for several years. Dr. Beck was born and raised in Michigan and earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Michigan State University.
She enjoys practicing all aspects of small animal medicine and surgery and especially enjoys working with felines. Outside of work, she also enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, fitness, and travel. She lives in Arlington with her husband Brian, their daughter Samantha, as well as their 3 cats (Joey, Mini, and Georgie) and 2 dogs (Lola and Lexi).
Dr. Nicole Nanof is originally from Goffstown, NH; a small town about an hour north of Boston, MA. She received her undergraduate degree from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 2023. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine which is a big reason why she wanted to begin her career in general practice. She has special interests in surgery, anesthesia, neurology, dentistry, and cardiology.
Outside of work, she enjoys working out at the gym, cooking/baking, going to the lake, and being outdoors. She also likes to spend quality time with her boyfriend, Justin, and their dog, Ruger, as well as her family when they are able to visit. Back in NH, her and her family have 5 cats; Nala, Jax, Domino, Enzo, and Shunya. Dr. Nanof is an avid Boston sports fan and enjoys watching games throughout each season. She looks forward to picking up more hobbies and trying new things in the future!
Krystle Vann has been with BrownDog Lodge Veterinary Clinic since August 11, 2006. She was primarily a Veterinary Technician before she became Practice Manager in March 2021. Krystle was born in Louisville, KY but grew up in Memphis.
She loves all animals and keeps several snakes, geckos, tarantulas and scorpions as well as her 2 cats (Optimus Prime and Megatron) and 2 dogs (Zion and Milo). Outside of work she enjoys traveling to reptile shows, painting, and spending time with her husband Michael and daughter Jayde.
Meet Jessica Jones, General Manager at BrownDog Lodge East Memphis. Jessica has worked at BrownDog Lodge for over six years.
She started off as a Kennel Technician and quickly rose through the ranks to General Manager. Her life motto is "if you love your job, you'll never work a day in your life" and she certainly feels that way working at BrownDog Lodge!
Ali McConnell is General Manager at BrownDog Lodge Germantown. Ali has worked at Brown Dog Lodge since October 2020, and she started as a Kennel Tech.
Working with and caring for animals has always been an aspiration of hers. When Ali's not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her 2 dogs, Charlie & Rose.
Meet Stevi, our veteran groomer. Stevi has been with BrownDog Lodge for over 12 years! She is extremely talented and is one of a kind. Stevi lives in Mississippi with her husband, son, and 8 animals. She treats every pup that she grooms like her own. She is a true rockstar and she can’t wait to pamper your pups!
Meet Amanda, she is one of our groomers and also a member of our management team. She has worked for BrownDog Lodge for over 7 years. She lives in Memphis with her husband and 3 dogs. Amanda knew at an early age her true passion was dogs and it shows in her work. She looks forward to pampering your pup!
Meet Nicole, Nicole is one of our amazing groomers at our East Memphis location. She started at BrownDog as a kennel tech over 3 years ago and found her passion for grooming during that time. She also loves painting and capturing the beauty in some of lives most random things. Two of her best friends are her silly fur babies that come to work with her every day. She has a gift for making each and every dog feel special and giving them the best pampering, spa like feeling, that is fit for a king or queen.
Just like kids, dogs need time to rest and recharge between play sessions. That’s why we give each daycare guest their own accommodation where they can take a break from the action and relax. We also serve our homemade gourmet treats during afternoon breaks, and you’re welcome to pack a lunch if your pup has a big appetite. From doggie birthday “pawties” to seasonal festivities, there’s always something fun happening in our daycare!
